Workout Place #1

~ Office Gym

Equipment: Treadmill, rowing machine, weight setup, elliptical, dancing room

Workout Agenda:

  • 5K running on Treadmill
  • Rowing machine for 2K meter or Pushup 100x
  • Weight training (maybe)
  • Stretching 5 min

Duration: 1 ~ 1.5 hours

Workout Place #2

Home Community Gym

Equipment: Treadmill, elliptical and bicycle machine

Workout Agenda:

  • 5K Running on Treadmill
  • Jumping rope for 1000x
  • Stretching 5 min

Druation: 1 ~1.5 hours
